What We Offer
Connect with yourself utilizing meditation and breathwork. Meditation is about increasing your awareness of your body and how you function. In meditation you observe your breath without manipulating it, whereas breathwork is a form of active meditation which uses breathing practices to try and alter your mood. Authentic Wellness combines these practices to optimize your presence within your body, mind, and soul.
